Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add all the spices and sugar. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 30 minutes.
Then add the cocoa, return to the fire and cook while stirring with a whisk until the cocoa is completely dissolved.
Strain and serve the finished cocoa.
