Peel and cut potatoes in circles. Peel the colored peppers from the seeds, cut into cubes.
Add potatoes, peppers, chopped garlic to the pan, salt and pepper.
After another 5 minutes, add the diced tomatoes and corn.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with finely chopped greens and salt with a fork. When the potatoes are soft, pour the eggs into the pan.
Next, put in a hot oven (200 degrees) for a couple of minutes or fry on a stove over low heat.
