Beat eggs in a deep bowl until smooth. Add sugar to them and whisk again.
Add sour cream and mix until smooth.
Pour in flour, soda, and vanilla. Stir so that there are no lumps. Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with butter and transfer the dough into it. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Cool the cake completely and remove from the mold.
For cake, cut the cake into two parts and grease with sour cream. For cream, beat the sour cream with sugar to your taste. Bon Appetit!!!
