Dice the onion, grate the carrots and fry in vegetable oil until light brown.
Transfer the vegetables to the pan, pour the broth and add the cod liver, salt and pepper to taste. Cook after boiling for 5 minutes.
Pour in the cream and warm for another 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and beat until smooth with a hand blender.
Serve with sour cream and garnish with herbs. Bon Appetit!!!
