Snowflake cookies

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon together and set aside.

2 . Stage

In a medium bowl, mix the butter with the cheese. Add sugar and egg yolk, beat slightly. Add vanillin and orange zest. Gradually mix into dry ingredients.

3 . Stage

Put the finished dough on a sheet covered with parchment with a pastry bag.

4 . Stage

Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven, sprinkle with sugar and cool on a wire rack.
