Dissolve the salt in warm water and put the meat there, so it is evenly and completely salted. Leave in this position overnight.
Remove the fillet from water and wipe, then season with spices and wrap tightly in foil.
Put in a slow cooker setting it to 80 degrees for 1 hour. Let the meat cool to room temperature only then remove from the foil.
The turkey in the slow cooker is ready.
