Cut the meat into 2 parts, season to taste and grate with mustard.
Fold the steak in a bowl and coat with sour cream, leave to marinate for an hour.
Set the slow cooker to frying mode for 30 minutes, pour in olive oil. When the bottom is hot, put the meat and cover for 5 minutes, then remove the cover, grease the meat with olive oil and turn over. Cook the steak until cooked for about 15-20 minutes.
The steak in the multicooker is ready to grease the garlic passed through the press and serve.
