For the test, beat the sugar with the egg, add yogurt and melted or just very soft butter. After gradually add flour, knead not very thick dough. Flour may need less or more, it all depends on its quality.
Put the dough in a greased baking dish with lightly sprinkled flour and smooth with your fingers making sides.

Cool the finished cake a little, remove from the mold, cut into pieces and serve.
