Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil, then add the meat sliced in small pieces and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the diced tomatoes.
Cut carrots and peppers into strips. Add to the meat, pour a little water and tomato paste. Stew for half an hour.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Pour the meat into the pan, add water and add potatoes. Season to taste, cook until potatoes are cooked.
