Add salted salmon, pepper and lightly fry on both sides over medium heat. Put thyme and rosemary sprigs on the pan for flavor.
When the fish is ready, cool it slightly and put in a blender. Grind to a puree state.
Add mashed mascarpone, finely chopped dill and mix until smooth.
Fry the shrimp until the color changes, about 5 minutes.
Cut the shrimp into pieces, add to the paste. Leave a few pieces for decoration. To taste, you can add a little lemon to the paste. Serve chilled shrimp paste .
