Beat the eggs with milk using a mixer with salt and pepper.
Peel the shrimp, chop the onion.
In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter in olive.
We fry the onions for several seconds, toss the shrimp to them and fry for another half minute.
Make a big fire and add the eggs to the shrimp. Add greens and stir constantly. Keep on fire until eggs are ready.
