Bring the water to a boil and drop the frozen shrimp, boil for 2 minutes. Remove the shrimp and pour into the cup.
Shrimp clear of shell and cut into small pieces. If the shrimp is not too large, leave them whole.
Prepare the sauce by mixing flour with 100 ml of shrimp broth, mix well until smooth, add cream, mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste there.
Shrimp mix with sauce and put in baking tins, sprinkle with grated cheese and put a piece of butter on top. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Shrimp julienne is ready, serve hot.
