How to cook deliciously - Shrimp Jambalaya
1 . Stage
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until it becomes translucent.

Then add the sausages sliced in rings and spread the onions around the edges so that the sausages are well cooked.

Add chopped celery, carrots and garlic. Sprinkle with thyme, Italian herbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well so that the components are evenly distributed in the mixture.

Now add the tomatoes, tomato paste, bell peppers, rice and your favorite hot sauce. Pour in chicken stock.

Stir, bring to a boil, cover the pan with a lid and cook the jambalaya on low heat for 45 minutes or until the rice is soft.

When the jambalaya is ready, add the peeled shrimp and cook another 5 minutes. Serve the dish hot.
