Cut the chicken fillet in half and beat it well with a kitchen hammer. Salt and pepper the meat on both sides.
Cut the onion into thin rings. On the fillet, first lay the onion, then peeled shrimp and grated cheese.
Roll the meat. Dissolve your favorite spices in lemon juice and pour the prepared roll mixture. Wrap the roll tightly in foil and bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes.
Cool the finished roll without removing from the foil.
Slice into portions and serve with your favorite sauce.
