Add the chopped butter to the flour. Grind into crumbs and add sugar and soda, mix well and put the crumbs in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Beat cottage cheese with a blender with eggs, vanilla syrup and sugar. Add pre-soaked raisins.
Put a large half of the crumbs in the baking dish after making the sides, do not tamp. Put the curd mass on top.
Fill the cake with the rest of the crumbs and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
