1. River perch 1 kg
2. Bulb onions 100 gram
3. Potatoes 500 gram
4. Bay leaf 2 PC.
5. Greenery taste
6. Black pepper taste
7. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Shcherba

1 . Stage

Clean and separate the fish from the bones. Pour the bones with water and cook for 1 hour, then add the chopped onion and bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 15 minutes.

2 . Stage

Strain the broth and put chopped potatoes, carrots and chopped fillet in it. Cook until cooked.

3 . Stage

Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
