Put peeled pistachios and hazelnuts in a mortar, chop. Wash raisins in warm water and dry with a paper towel.
Add honey to milk and put on fire, let the honey dissolve completely. Pour semolina and cook for minutes, stirring constantly.
Add raisins and grated nuts to the porridge, leave a little for decoration.
Arrange the finished porridge on plates, sprinkle with the remaining nuts and optionally pour more honey.
