Separate the egg yolks from the proteins. Whisk the yolks with sugar to a light mass, whisk the whites separately to a state of cool foam.
Also whip the cream separately. Gently mix all three masses together.
Add pistachios, candied orange and berries to this and mix thoroughly again.
Pour the resulting mixture into a silicone mold and put in the freezer for five hours.
After freezing, turn the semifredo onto a dish and sprinkle with berries, or pour some sweet sauce.
This dessert can be stored in the freezer for a very long time.
