All seafood must be thawed first, cut the squid into rings.

Wash the lemon well and cut into pieces, finely chop the parsley.

Add seafood to boiling water and after boiling again, cook for 2 minutes. After seafood, remove from the water, bring clean water to a boil, add salt, sugar, butter, pepper, bring to a boil, pour in vinegar and remove from heat.

Mix seafood with lemon and parsley, arrange in jars. In each jar of 0.5 liters. pour in 2 tsp. soy sauce.

Pour the seafood with marinade, close the lids and leave to marinate for 3 hours. Keep in the refrigerator for about 3 months.

Serve as an appetizer to any side dish.
