Grate carrots, chop onions and mushrooms. Sauté everything in vegetable oil.
When the vegetables are ready, add the butter and flour, keep it on the fire for a little longer and pour the cream. Season to taste.
Thaw and chop the seafood first.
Add seafood to vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Seafood in a creamy sauce is ready, serve with a side dish or as a separate dish.
