Cut the meat along just not until the end so that you can open it. Beat off from all sides. Then grate with salt, garlic and pepper.
Grate the cheese and cut the ham into slices.
On the salted filet, put the ham with cheese and roll. Rewind or fasten with a toothpick.
Grease all the resulting rolls with melted butter and roll in paprika and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
