Eggs are divided into proteins and yolks, divide the sugar equally between proteins and yolks.
Whip the proteins until stable, it took me 7 minutes. Whisk the yolks until the mass turns white.
Mix the whites with the yolks, add the sifted flour and mix again.
Transfer the dough into a pastry bag and place the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and greased with butter.
Sprinkle the powdered sugar on top of the cookies and bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
