For the test, warm the milk and melt the butter. Mix the butter and milk and add the beaten egg, add salt, sugar and mix well. add yeast and half a glass of flour, mix and place in a warm place for 20 minutes. Then add a little flour and knead the dough. Put it in a warm place to come up.

Put on a cake 1 tbsp. l mashed potatoes and sausage. Make 3 cuts from each side of the filling.
Wrap the dough intertwining with each other like a pigtail. Put on a greased baking sheet, grease with a beaten egg on top and put in the oven at 50 degrees for 15 minutes to make the dough fit.
Then increase the temperature to 250 and bake until golden until about 15-20 minutes.
