Fry the minced meat with salt in a large pan to taste. Cool.
Lay out the beans in layers first, then sprinkle with 2 cups of cheese, add the beef on top of the cheese again. Spread the sour cream on top of everything, then the guacamole, on top of the salsa, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Sprinkle with olives, tomatoes and green onions.
