Pass the meat and onions through a meat grinder, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and refrigerate for half an hour.
Divide the dough into small cakes of the same size.
Roll out each cake and put the minced meat in the center.
Gently connect the dough over the filling in the form of a triangle. Put sambus on a greased baking sheet. Beat the egg with water and grease each pie, sprinkle on top with a little caraway seeds and sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve.
