Cut the fish into pieces, rinse and dry. Season salmon and pepper to taste. Mix mustard with olive oil and grease the slices on top. Leave on for 30 minutes.
Mushrooms and onions, cut into cubes, fry until golden brown, salt and pepper to taste at the end. Remove from heat and add chopped greens. You can use any mushrooms.
Put each piece of fish on a separate sheet of foil with a margin so that you can easily wrap it. Top with mushrooms and onions and pour sour cream.
Tighten the edges of the foil tightly so that the fish is freely in the pocket. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool slightly, remove foil and serve.
