Add finely chopped parsley and a little lemon juice to the yogurt.
Slightly grease the bread with yogurt and cover with lettuce.
Fold the salmon with a roll and put in the middle for 1 tsp. yogurt. Place the rolls on slices of bread.
On top of each sandwich, put half of the boiled egg, thinly sliced cucumber, one slice of lemon and decorate with greens.
