Cooking

1 . Stage

Sprinkle salmon fillet with salt and pepper and fry in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

2 . Stage

Put spinach, arugula, slices of orange and chopped almonds on the dish.

3 . Stage

For the sauce, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

4 . Stage

Finely chop the salmon filet and add to the salad. Pour in lemon sauce, mix and serve.
