Boil the shrimp for 2 minutes in salted water and peel.
Cover the working surface with cling film. Cut the salmon into thin slices and lay out so that each piece is slightly on top of each other.
Grease the salmon with cottage cheese. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and cover the cheese, lay the peeled shrimp on top.
Roll the roll tightly. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cut the bread into pieces, then cut circles out of them and grease with the remaining curd cheese. Optionally, add chopped greens. Slice the second cucumber and place on bread.
Cut the roll into pieces and place on bread slices. Garnish with greens if desired and serve.
