Beat eggs with a whisk with salt and pepper to taste, add defrosted spinach and grated hard cheese. Pour the mass onto a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool the cake a little so that it is not too hot and smear with cream cheese, distribute the finely chopped fish on top.
Roll into a tight roll, wrap in cling film so that it holds its shape and put in the refrigerator for several hours.
