I'm going to make a salmon riet, which I baked in the oven with no oil and only a little salt. I made it the night before for dinner. You can have any fish you like: mackerel, pink salmon... etc. You can use canned fish of good quality, without oil, i.e. natural. Sometimes I make it with them and frankly speaking I like it better! I took a piece of it, untied it from the bone and kneaded it very thoroughly. The cottage cheese is soft 1%. You can take any kind of cottage cheese you like! I put it all in a bowl, salted and peppered it a little. Salt and pepper is not necessary for those who are on a stricter diet. We need leaves from the parsley. Chop them finely.
