Heat olive oil in a pan and fry finely chopped onions for 2 minutes, then add parsley and cook for another minute.
Beat eggs with whisk with cream, pepper and salt to taste.
Cut the circles out of the dough and put them out of the cupcake pan, you should get baskets with sides.
To begin with, put greens in each basket, then pieces of salmon and cream cheese, cover with beaten eggs and cream. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on the oven.
