Preheat the oven to 230C. Oil two large sheets of foil.
Place the salmon filet on the foil sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and chopped dill. Spread lemon slices on top, on each slice - a sprig of fresh dill. Sprinkle with green onion on top.
Cover the salmon with a second sheet of foil and wrap the edges well. Place on a baking sheet or in a pan.
Bake salmon in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
