In a medium bowl, mix the minced meat, egg, crackers, onions, salt, pepper and seasoning to the bird, mix well and make medium-sized cutlets.
Fry the patties in a large frying pan over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the mushrooms. Cook for about 2 minutes, then add flour, fry a little more then pour milk and broth, cook over medium heat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Put the patties in the sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
