Spread the cling film on the table, put the cheese, cover with another layer of the film and roll it with a rolling pin into a layer a centimeter thick. Salami and pepper are very finely chopped.
Carefully peel off the top of the film and spread the sausage over the entire surface of the cheese, then cover again with the film and gently turn it over.
Remove the film on the other side and spread the green pepper on the cheese.
Now roll it all up in a tight roll without leaving air voids.
