Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Rinse the pear, cut along, remove the core and also cut into thin slices.
For dressing from an orange squeeze the juice, mix it with olive oil, add honey, mustard and a little salt. Stir until smooth.
Rinse the arugula, dry it and put on a dish. If you do not like arugula, replace it with any other salad.
Lay the cheese and pear alternately on top of the salad, pour the dressing and serve.
