Salad Doggie

1 . Stage

Peel the vegetables from the skin, remove the shell from the eggs. Remove the skin from the chicken and cut into small cubes, cut the mushrooms as well. Leave a few mushrooms intact to decorate the salad. Instead of mushrooms, you can use pickled or fresh cucumbers.

2 . Stage

Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and put on a dish having formed a dog’s face out of it, make ears as well. Salt, a little grease with mayonnaise and lay the chicken on top.

Put some grated chicken egg on the meat. The rest of the protein will go to decoration.

Then put the mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese. Lubricate a little with mayonnaise.

Put the grated carrots in the next layer.

Lubricate everything with mayonnaise and on the sides as well. From the grated egg yolk, make the face of the dog, lay out the ears and nose with the protein. From whole mushrooms, make a nose and eyes, a mustache from a clove, and use a piece of meat for the tongue.

You can still make eyebrows, decorate the plate with sprigs of dill. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.

Salad Dog with smoked chicken is tender, juicy and beautiful. This salad is perfect for the New Year's table, especially if the salad corresponds to the year. For decoration, you can use black olives and pickled cucumbers. You can also decorate a plate to your liking with your favorite berries and herbs. I don’t like smoked chicken much, I replaced it with boiled fillet, and you can also use baked in the oven.
