Ingredients for - Salad Assorti

1. Potatoes 2 PC.
2. Carrot 150 gram
3. Red onion 1 PC.
4. Mushrooms 200 gram
5. Green peas 5 tbsp
6. Vegetable oil 5 tbsp

How to cook deliciously - Salad Assorti

1 . Stage

Peel potatoes, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Salt them.

2 . Stage

Roast the potatoes in a pan in a single layer until tender. Place on a napkin to remove excess oil.

3 . Stage

Cut the onion into feathers or half rings.

4 . Stage

Marinated mushrooms (mushrooms or any other), if necessary, chop.

5 . Stage

Mix potatoes, onions, mushrooms, 150g carrots in a bowl. Add 5 tbsp. of canned green peas with a slide. Add 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil or whatever you like, stir, and you're ready to serve!
