Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Smoked sausages cut into circles.
For sweet pepper, remove seeds and membranes and cut into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and leek, garlic and sausages over low heat. When the onion is lightly browned, remove the pan from the heat and add paprika. Stir and bring back to the fire.
Add tomatoes and bell peppers to the pan. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add beans, crushed coriander grains. Add salt and cook the beans in a rustic setting over low heat for another 10 minutes.
