Cut the zucchini into slices, salt and fry in a pan with butter until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to paper towels to remove excess oil.
Cut the chicken fillet into small slices, beat it with a hammer as if on chops and put it on the courgettes. Season with salt, pepper and dried garlic.
Add any greens if desired. Also, on each piece of zucchini, place a slice of tomato and sprinkle everything with grated mozzarella.
Roll into rolls, chop off with a toothpick and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
Chill slightly and serve.
