Cut the meat into slices as for chops, beat with a hammer, salt and pepper to taste.
Beat the eggs with a fork, add tomato paste, salt and spices, mix and add half the chopped herbs, half the grated cheese, pour in the flour, mix everything well.
Roll the pork first in flour, then in the prepared breading. Fry in a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle the cooked pork with the remaining cheese and herbs.
Romanian pork is juicy, tasty, tender and satisfying. Such a dish can be safely served on the festive table or just for a family snack. You can serve with any side dish, salads, pickles or just on bread as a sandwich. Choose spices to your liking, if the tomato paste is too sour then you can add a little sugar to balance the taste.
