Dice the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil.
Chop the onions and fry them separately from mushrooms in butter until soft.
Add the chopped carrots to the onion and cook for a couple more minutes.
Boil rice according to instructions. Take two types of rice wild and ordinary long-grain.
Add mushrooms and rice to the onions with carrots in a pan, season to taste and mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add peas and beans.
Pour in the corn. Cover and simmer another 10 minutes.
Rice with vegetables is ready.
