Peel and chop the onion. Dice the bacon into small cubes and heat in a deep frying pan until the fat is rendered. Add the melted butter and sauté the chopped onions until translucent, then reduce the heat and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Rinse the beans the day before, and soak them overnight. The next day, drain the water, pour clean water over the beans and cook until soft (about 1 hour). Rice is thoroughly washed, then pour into a pot. Pour 550 ml of cold salted water, bring to a boil and cook the rice under a lid over low heat for 20 minutes.
3 . Stage
Wash and dry the greens. Add rice and beans to onions and bacon and season with salt and pepper. Season with chili if desired. Stir everything thoroughly and heat through.

Place the ready dish on serving plates. Drizzle with vegetable oil. Decorate with greens.
