Cut the meat into strips and marinate in lemon juice seasoning to taste with salt and spices.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes, add the chopped pickled mushrooms and cook for a couple more minutes. Then add the cream, a little salt and simmer another 5 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put strips of meat on the bottom and sides, leave more for the top.
Sprinkle with half the grated cheese.
Lay out the mushrooms and grated boiled carrots on top.
Put the rest of the meat on top. Place the cake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
The cake will have a lot of juice; it must be carefully drained. Then sprinkle the meat pie with the rest of the cheese, put in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Rose meat cake is ready, put on a dish and can be served.
