Rinse well until the water becomes clear.
Then pour boiled water, add a pinch of salt and cook until tender. Rinse the finished rice under running water so that it does not stick together. Transfer rice to a bowl.
Add steamed raisins to rice and pour honey, mix well.
Garnish the finished kuta with almonds.
