How to cook deliciously - Rice envelopes with duck in batter
1 . Stage
Cut the duck breast into thin slices, removing the skin. Slice the bell bell pepper into julienne strips. Chop canned mushrooms. Add vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) to a pan, add chopped duck meat and stew the duck meat for about 20-30 minutes, then add chopped bell peppers and add chopped mushrooms. Braise the mixture until the duck breast is soft and cooked through. At the end add sesame seeds (1 tbsp.).

Soak each successive sheet of rice paper in a bowl of water.

In the middle of a sheet of rice paper, place the prepared filling with the duck meat.

Form the envelopes. In a bowl beat 2 eggs, add salt and 1 tsp. flour. Whisk the mixture. Wet the envelopes with the prepared batter.

Fry the rice envelopes with the duck meat in vegetable oil until nicely browned.

Place the finished envelopes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Place the envelopes on a plate, garnish with fresh vegetables to taste. Bon appetit!
