Boil rice until cooked in salted water, then drain and rinse once.
Add the egg and flour to the rice.
Mix well with your hands. Then, with wet hands, shape the meatballs.
Bread on all sides in breadcrumbs and fry in well-heated vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with your favorite sauce, meat or vegetable side dish.
