Ingredients for - Red fish marinade

1. Fish fillet 1 kg
2. Sea salt 4 tbsp
3. Sugar 2 tbsp
4. Lemon zest 1 tbsp
5. Dill 20 gram
6. Cognac 1 tbsp

How to cook deliciously - Red fish marinade

1 . Stage

Grate a piece of fish fillet with salt and sugar.

2 . Stage

Roll in lemon zest and dill. Sprinkle with cognac.

3 . Stage

Cover with cling film, slightly tearing it so that there is air access.

4 . Stage

Refrigerate for several hours: at least 4 hours for a slightly salted taste, and preferably at night.
