Beat eggs with a whisk, add salt, sugar and raspberry syrup. If the syrup is not sweet then add more sugar.
Pour some warm milk into the eggs. Mix well.
Add the sifted flour and stir so that there are no lumps. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes.
Before frying pancakes, add vegetable oil, mix and cook pancakes in a well-heated pan.
Serve the finished pancakes with any syrup or jam.
