Peel the dried raspberries and remove the peduncles. Place in clean dry jars up to the top pouring sugar. 3 jars of 0.5 liters. Sugar, about 100g per jar. You can put more sugar if you are used to thicker syrup. Leave overnight in the refrigerator to release the juice.

The next day, the berries let out enough juice, compacted and settled. Raspberries with syrup from one jar distribute in two incomplete. Close loosely with a lid.

Put the jars in a saucepan. Fill it with warm water to the level of the "shoulders" of the jars. On a high heat bring the water to a boil. We boil for 5 minutes. Quickly screw on lids. If there is some sugar left at the bottom, gently twirl the jar until it quickly dissolves.
